Return / Exchange Policy

Rock it INK.com offers a simple return policy. .

If you are not satisfied, simply return your Shirt purchase within 5 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Following these Steps listed

Please call 724-903-0100 to get a Return Auth.Number. (RA#)
Package the Product along with a note stating reason for Return or Exchange. (Please put the RA# clearly on the outside of the package)
Mail your Package to: Rock it INK, 1099 Pittsburgh Road Valencia, PA 16059 USA

Please be aware that Altered, Laundered, Damaged or Dirty Shirts are NOT Returnable.

NOTE: Please include Money order for the Shipping and Handling Amount on any Exchanges. (ship/hand amount total will be provided when the RA# is issued.)

We Do Not refund shipping charges on Returns or Exchanges.

Shirt Exchanges due to ordering the wrong size can ONLY be exchanged with same designs, same shirt color.

You can exchange your purchase by returning your original order and requesting a replacement item (different size) during the return process. Please note that exchange requests are subject to inventory availability at the time your return is received and processed. Therefore, to ensure receipt of your desired new item(s), you may wish to place a new order rather than requesting an exchange during the return process.

Because exchanges involve the return of your original purchase and the creation of a new order, you will see two transactions on your credit or debit card statement. First, you will see a credit for the return of your original purchase and then you will see a charge for your new purchase. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement.

Care Instructions: Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry medium. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Length and width vary slightly from manufacturer to manufacturer. Shirts may be within 1" or 2" of the dimensions listed.

This chart is a guideline to help you select an appropriate size and are not a guarantee of a perfect fit.
Every garment may not match these exact measurements due to acceptable measurement tolerances.
Hoodies, Sport shirts, sweatshirts, and some other types of apparel do not follow this sizing chart
